STUDIO AE is in North London N15, a 10-15 minute walk from Tottenham Hale or Seven Sisters station. It has discrete entry, showering facilities and is fully equipped for BDSM sessions, playdates, photoshoots and video content creation.

* For all bookings +30 minutes is allowed either side to allow time to get in / out

Short Half day (4 hours) £150
Longer Half day (8 hours) £200
Full day (12 hours) £250
(Start time between 6am - 12 midday)
Overnight (15 hours) £250
(Start time between 6pm - 10pm)
Late Overnight (10 hours) £200
(Start time between 9pm - 11pm)
Clean towels and disposables are provided.
Lights and tripods for photoshoots and filming are available.
Extras - these are available to use during your session if arranged in advance with an additional charge of £50 per booking.
